The Duty of Giving｜寄付の義務

Believers should give heartfelt donations to those in need. The choice of whom to donate to is left to each believer, allowing them to give freely from their own will. This act eases the suffering of others and lays the foundation for a peaceful world. Additionally, believers are permitted to donate to the Fellowship. In such cases, the Fellowship, on behalf of the believers, will use the donations to fulfill necessary duties, carrying forth the mission of spreading the believers’ compassion. Through this act, believers fulfill their responsibility as members of the community and, together with the Fellowship, build a more harmonious society.

信者しんじゃは、助たすけを必要ひつようとする者ものに対して、心こころからの寄付きふを行おこなうべきである。寄付きふの対象たいしょうは信者しんじゃ自身じしんが選えらび、自由じゆうな意志いしで与あたえることができる。この行為こういは、他者たしゃの苦くるしみを和やわらげ、平和へいわな世界せかいを築きずく一歩いっぽとなる。また、信者しんじゃは教団きょうだんに寄付きふを行おこなうことも許ゆるされている。その場合ばあい、教団きょうだんは信者しんじゃに代かわり、その寄付きふを用もちいて必要ひつような義務ぎむを果はたし、信者しんじゃの慈愛じあいを広ひろく伝つたえる使命しめいを果はたす。この行為こういによって、信者しんじゃは共同体きょうどうたいの一員いちいんとしての責任せきにんを全まっとうし、教団きょうだんと共ともにより良よき世界せかいを築きずくこととなる。
