To find joy beyond the work necessary for life is one of the blessings bestowed upon us. Such joys bring healing to the heart, add color to the land of rest, and enrich the world beyond this life. Yet, in the pursuit of these pleasures, one must not forget the four duties. It is through fulfilling these duties while enjoying life’s pleasures that one truly finds peace of mind and receives the grace that comes from above.

生活せいかつのための仕事しごと以外いがいに楽たのしみを持もつことは、神かみが我われらに与あたえてくれた恩恵おんけいの一ひとつである。楽たのしみを持もつことは、心こころに癒いやしをもたらし、安息あんそくの地ちに彩いろどりを加え、死後しごの世界せかいをより豊ゆたかにする。しかしながら、楽たのしみを追求ついきゅうする中で、四よっつの義務ぎむを忘わすれてはならない。これらの義務ぎむを果はたしつつ、楽たのしみを享受きょうじゅすることこそが、真しんに心こころの平安へいあんと天てんからの恵めぐみを得える道みちである。
